Very nice modern shakers for the kitchen
We bought these shakers because they looked modern. Once they arrived, we were very pleased with the look of them. They hold a nice amount of salt and pepper. Weâve had this set for a while now. They are easy to clean, easy to fill, and easy to use. These are definitely worth the money.

Looks stylish and grinds nicely
I purchased these because I wanted something that looked nice and liked the clear viewing window. Both of these grind at the bottom so it makes it easy while cooking. The stainless steel looks classy. They both fill from the top by unscrewing the lid so they are easy to fill. I didnât want another battery operated device or the noise that comes with it so we kept the salt and pepper shakers simple.

They looks nice and come in a nice box. They are pretty light weight, so you don’t immediately think “high quality,” but they have held up well for several months. My main criticism is that only the bottom silver portion turns, so you can only grip it with maybe two fingers+thumb. The edges at the rotating joint are also a little sharp. It’s easy enough to turn, though. I’d just prefer to have a better grip.

After only 4 months one of the grinders broke. The stainless part seems to be have detached from the black interior part of the grinder so when you twist it it just spins and the salt doesnât grind out.Update: so after posting my initial review the seller reached out to me to make it right and volunteered to send me a replacement right away at no charge. Great customer service

Fantastic customer service
I initially wrote a review stating the grinders are nice and sleek and are also easy to fill. They come in a lovely box and would make a nice gift. Since I first received the salt and pepper mills, I had a problem. While the pepper grinder was fine, I could not get the salt grinder to grind salt. I contacted the company and received an immediate response. I was first given some instructions on how to fix the problem. When that didnât work, I was told I would receive a replacement mill. To my surprise, I received a new set. I have not tried to use it yet but I am thoroughly impressed with the companyâs response to the problem. I was told they strive to provide excellent customer service and they sure did.

Disappointed
After one meal the pepper grinder refused to work. I’ve owned several pepper grinders before and have never had that happen before. Using correct size pepper corns as stated as well the black support base that houses the spring broke. The absolute next day the salt grinder fell over on the table and partially landed on a drink coaster and the weak plastic that it rotates on as picture in another view broke. I’ve literally paid less than half of what I paid for these at Ross and the Ross ones I had for years. Like the title says an absolute disappointment.

Elegant looking, extremely functional
They look great. The course Ness of the grind can easily be adjusted from very course to very fine and everywhere in between. It comes as a set of 2 so we use it for black pepper in one and exotic pepper blends in the other. There is a convenient little tray underneath that not only holds them but prevents any pepper (or salt) from getting onto the surface they are stored on. They also came with very nice packaging and would be a fantastic gift for anyone wanting to “up their kitchen”. They are a fraction of the cost of many that we looked at but you would never know it. Great find, great addition to our kitchen.
