Great cup all around, give us better gaskets!

Amazing cup!!
This was a great purchase. I use it all the time to take my tea on campus with me so Iâm not tempted to spend money on a fancy coffee or tea while out.Pros:- make and carry any loose-leaf tea of your choice with you- easy to clean- easy to use- keeps temperature well- really nice design- allows you to see how much your tea has steeped since the cupâs glass design is clearCons:-must wait before sealing right away, as other users have mentioned (too hot = pressure within the cup putting you at risk of a burn and making it difficult to open later)- heavy!!!! The cup is pretty heavy since the materials are real and it is high quality. For me this was important since itâs portable and I want to carry it around campus alongside heavy books and supplies!!

Excellent hot beverage holder, amazing quality
I was honestly quite surprised by how high-quality this tea bottle is. Everything worked perfectly, and it was all very well-packaged.The tea mug / beverage holder / water bottle (seriously–what do you call this?) was perfect. It’s 100% glass and stainless steel, absolutely no plastic. This is super important for hot liquids as you don’t want the petrochemicals in plastic to leak out into your tea.The glass is very high-quality. It’s got this cool double-layered thing where there are two layers of glass, so even if your beverage is super hot, you’ll still be able to hold the bottle.Since it is glass, I didn’t really expect the bottle to have any thermal qualities. But it held my green tea at a hot temperature for a pretty long time, so was pleasantly surprised by that too.Aside from the functionality–the bottle just looks really nice and premium. The double layered glass approach makes the tea almost float, and it just looks really cool.I work out of a WeWork and everyday people ask where I bought this from.Overall 10/10. Makes tea more enjoyable.

Best travel tea mug for serious tea drinkers
I ordered this tea mug 6 months ago. I drink loose leaf tea every single day and usually several times a day. I have ordered travel tea mugs from several different companies, including well-known ones like Stash tea and have had terrible luck with either the functionality, flimsy parts, leakage or really thin glass that shatters way too easily. This travel tea mug holds up better than any others that I have had.I have not had any leakage. It suction seals really well and the washers come out if you need to readjust, though I have not had to. When I first got it, I had to play around with it a bit to figure out how to use it correctly so that it did not leak. It takes a bit of a finesse, but if you are a ceremonial tea drinker as I am, it is all part of the experience and becomes second-hand and does not add any extra time to the preparation.I have dropped this tea mug several times, all with the sleeve on, and there is not so much as a ding or a scratch on the glass. If you are really clumsy or just worry about it, you can order an extra of the glass part for $5.95 on their website.The sleeve is not the strongest. I would prefer a silicone sleeve or something that would hold up to the wear and tear and getting wet better as it is ripping near the finger handle and is becoming loose and thin in other places. The other problem, which I have found with any other travel tea mug, is that the cover is made of two parts, a plastic piece with a a shell that goes around it. Due to the suction, it can be tough to open and after six months of use the shells are coming loose from the inner part, making it difficult for me to open the bottle.When I first got the mug, the company connected with me on Facebook Messenger and it has been really easy to connect with them. They offered me a 20% discount on a future purchase. I reached out to them today to let them know about the issues with the sleeve and the covers. They sent me replacement parts for free and I will receive them within 3-5 business days.All in all, I have to say I recommend this travel tea mug to anyone who enjoys an excellent cup of tea on the go!

EXELLENT PRODUCT
I love everything about that product. The double-wall glass is of high quality, super easy to use and to clean. It comes with a spare gasket just in case. The size is perfect for 1 person and the sleeve is very practical to keep it hot or cold and to carry anywhere. It also works great with tea bags. I will buy another one to offer as a BDay gift to my best American friend as it is highly giftable. Thank you Pure Zen for providing this excellent product.

I am always very busy, and I have little time to stop and make tea or even stay hydrated.I love this tea tumbler and use it several times a day as a very quick way to make healthy alternatives to sugar loaded drinks.The tumbler is easy to use, both at home and at the office, and really easy to clean as both lids can be removed. The strainer keeps all the tea leaves inside unlike the flimsy mugs with only a small filter at the top. No leaks so far.Overall, I enjoy this tumbler. It encourages me to drink tea more often :-)The travel sleeve is an added bonus and it protects the glass.I highly recommend it for any tea drinker, and Iâll definitely buy more as gifts.

Major issue is the tea strainer doesn’t fit onto the lid properly and no matter how you try to screw it on, it ends up being crooked (as shown in photo). Additionally, unsure if it is a manufacturing defect of the cup or I haven’t gotten used to using it yet, but it will occasionally leak and I will have to readjust the gasket to ensure a proper seal. To be quite honest, never had to fiddle with the gasket in other bottles. Expected better quality for this price.
