LOVE AT FIRST PRESSE
This is my first French Press and I love (loved) it. I used it to make brewed Cacao. It’s easy to use and the brew was excellent and stayed hot for hours. I also liked that the outside of the bobble stays cool while keeping the brew hot. It’s easy to clean and travels well. The reason I stated I loved this item is because I lost it (at the flea market) after only 3 days of use. I’m heart broken but I will replace it and take better care of the next one. :-0)

Its decent
The only things I have complaints about are the difficulty to clean and the lid. The filter and rubber seal can be really difficult to remove, which makes me wonder if itâs wearing it out faster when struggling to get it on and off. The lid is a little flimsy and adds a bit of a funk to the taste. I donât know if Iâm getting used to the taste or if itâs just getting to a point where itâs wearing off but, itâs getting better. Otherwise, itâs great. Works really well, and wow does it hold the heat in. Iâve never owned a mug that held so much heat for so long. Overall, Iâd buy again.

MAKES A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE!
I bought this for an upcoming trip and tried it out today. So easy to use and made a GREAT cup of coffee that stayed hot for hours. Easy to clean but took a star off because it was very hard to get my lip gloss off the rubber lid. Definitely recommend!

Simple and small equals perfect
I really like this mug. The look and the simplicity of its design really attracted me to it. It fits into my cars drink holder and gives me just the right amount of coffee. Now if you are a big coffee drinker that drinks multiple cups at once, I’d say it’s a bit small for you and you’d have to make several which can be a bit frustrating. The cap is a flexible silicone I believe and the little tab that covers the drinking hole can be removed for cleaning or if you just don’t want it on there.

First Time French Presser – Excellent Purchase!
I’ve been unhappy with the taste of my coffee from my Black and Decker Drip Coffee maker, which has made my coffee tasting burnt and bitter. No bueno! I’ve been reading about how french pressed coffee tastes so good and have been wanting to try it, but didn’t want to invest too much in case this french press thing wasn’t for me. Well, to my delight, I loved it, and this baby really delivered! It was easy to use (once I got the filter out, which was a bit challenging the first time). The process is no more difficult than it was for my drip coffee maker. I just measure my water into a glass measuring cup, microwave it for 3 minutes to reach the right temp (between 195 and 205 degrees), add my ground beans (I used 3 heaping tablespoons of medium ground beans), pour the water over, and let it sit 3 minutes. Then insert the press and push down to the bottom. I had a perfect mug of coffee with no burnt or bitter taste! The last sip was a bit strong, but just the little extra kick of caffeine I needed for the last sip of coffee for the day — and was delighted that there were NO GROUNDS in it! This travel press/mug is perfect for me since I only drink one big cup of coffee daily in the morning so really didn’t need or want a larger capacity press. And cleaning was simple! Simply remove the silicone top, twist and pull out the insert, add a little water to the part with the grounds to loosen them up, threw the water with the grounds into the flower bed (beneficial to the soil), and then wash the parts quickly and easily with a bottle brush. Goodbye to the bulky coffee maker on my countertop and no more need to buy coffee filters. Very pleased with this purchase!

I would put a lid on it
The coffee thermos does its job, but the lid does not work when traveling with it because it lets the coffee out.

Quality Portable French Press
This great portable French press tumbler made it possible to ditch packing our Keurig or traditional French press for camping or traveling for business. It is simple to use; follow directions correctly. I bought two of these.

Good coffee, stinky lid
Just got this yesterday and was super excited to use it bc I have a road trip coming up and wanted to test it out before I leave. It makes a really nice cup of coffee. I have been using a French press for years so the process isnât unfamiliar to me. I prefer to drink from the cup itself unless Iâm moving around and unfortunately you cannot do that with this cup, I tried and bc of the metal I burned my lips. So I put the lid on and ooof it smells so bad! I washed it with Dawn before using it but there is a terrible smell to this material which I can only compare to a dirty diaper :/ every time I take a sip Iâm trying not to inhale. If this cup was a standard size I could put one of my other Yeti tumbler lids on it but itâs skinnier than that :/ too bad I had high hopes.UPDATE:I washed it a few more times and the bad smell went away. I wanted to leave my original review in case someone noticed the same thing and panics 🙂 donât worry just keep using it 😉

Works perfectly for me. Just ensure to use medium ground coffee, fine ground beans result in the press getting stuck. Avoid using fine ground coffee.

La calidad del termo vs prensa es adecuada conforme el armado de escenarios, sin embargo si cambiarÃa la tapa por alguna de metal o plástico duro y que no fuera blando (se calienta)

I had a travel press from a major coffee company that I loved. But this seems to solve the major issues I did have with it. It does a great job of straining the grounds out of the coffee. Donât have to worry about taking that last drink and getting grounds. Does a great job of keeping the coffee hot for a couple hours. Only thing was that I missed the instructions booklet until I went to clean it, recommend taking the whole thing apart before using the first time.
