Helps keep the coffee station clean!
I use the top of a rolling butcher block table as my “breakfast” station – it has my electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. This mat fits perfectly to protect the wood surface from the inevitable spills and crumbs, and lays flat enough that it causes no issues.I also really like that you can just toss it in the dishwasher if necessary!

Iâm a renter with kitchen countertops that are made of⦠blech, some kind of white material that stains really easily and is terribly difficult to clean.But I also work from home and canât live without my coffee. Since Iâm bougie and like to grind the beans myself, this means my countertops inevitably end up covered in coffee bean dust and occasional little brown drips that stain the white surfaces. Itâs not exactly attractive, and takes way too much time and energy to clean up.Iâm so glad I found this handy silicone mat, because my countertops beneath my âcoffee stationâ look SO MUCH BETTER now. The raised edges keep the little bits of ground coffee beans from flying everywhere, and itâs big enough to hold both a 12-cup machine as well as the coffee grinder.Very easy to clean, and any errant drips of coffee come right off. Plus, the gray is an attractive color â and Iâm saying that as someone who mostly hates the color gray when used in home design.I love this coffee mat, and I love that it has saved me so much frustration with trying to keep those stupid white countertops looking pristine for my landlord. Large, creases are a challenge
I so wanted to like this silicone tray, but even after a month, I haven’t found a way to remove the creases! I tried laying it out in the hot sun on a flat sidewalk for several days, I tossed it into the dryer, and so far, just not happening! It is fairly large, and I think it’d be a great option for a coffee bar, makeup table, dish drain mat, many many uses.

Easy to Clean
This Silicone Mat is of good quality material, and as intended, the raised edges catch everything from drips to stray ground of coffee. Easy to quickly pick up the mat for an instantly clean counter, and easy to wash the mat itself.

This is a pretty thin lightweight matt. I had a flat one similar, but decided to swap for this one.2 features here led to that decision to move to this. The lip helps for the occasional spill to be easily cleaned up. The ridges also are great for drying. I had to keep a washcloth or something to allow airflow on cups upside down to dry if I want dust and such to stay out of them.Given the price its a nice matt and worth it to upgrade a desk or countertop coffee space.
