I am a big fan of Ethiopian Harrar coffee – but unfortunately I canât seem to find a great Harrar – or even good one, for quite a while now. This VitaCup Low Acid dark roast is fruity like that – but not at all wine like. Thereâs just this smooth dark after an initial very subtle hint of cherry berry. Honestly? I wish it were light or medium roast bean. Rather than dark. Seems that would be even better health wise. Anyway. I had been drinking mostly Starbucks instant. This definitely has more flavor than Pikes Place – and it is healthier. I like Starbucks Columbia almost as well as this. Starbucks Columbia instant costs less but itâs not as safe or healthy to drink daily. So I am trying more of this. And some of the pour overs available here on Amazon are good, and fun if you get them when they are fresh. The Genius blend Vita Cup is one I really hoped to like and drink often but I donât care for the flavor.

I’m SUPER picky about coffee but…
I really love this brand. I hope it stays the same. I needed instant plus low acid to put into my coffee shakes and omg… I love it. After months of either using shots of espresso, which was good too, but not good to add hot beverage to my ice cold shake… or using another instant… or sometimes even just putting my espresso grounds straight into my shake, I finally have the best tasting, easiest option. It’s smooth, and the perfect taste, as far as I’m concerned.

I like it, it does settle a bit in the cup, need to swirl it a bit while you drink it.I found it hard to find the ingredients, but thereâs no stevia or artificial sweeteners or sugar in it.I put almond milk in the same I do with coffee.Note, these are travel sized but they are hard to open if you donât have scissors. Cut a nick in the top of the sealed part before you head out so that thereâs something to help stat opening the packet.

I am looking for an effective weight loss coffee and saw this vitacup slim coffee. Since I gave birth 4 years ago, its so hard to go back to my normal 140 lbs. or just to lose a few lbs. even with exercise & diet. I like that aside from the weight mgt., it also is a superfood & it taste good! Been using this for a week now, and I lost 2 lbs per day which is very great! I drink 1 sachet early morning and begin eating low carb meal at around 12nn and last meal at 8pm, so I also do intermittent fasting for 16hrs & I guess that helps with the 2lbs. weight loss everyday. Donât forget to drink lots of water too to keep you hydrated!

For me personally the acidity is too low. There is no bad taste, it just lacks taste/complexity. Compared to Starbucks Via which seems quite acidic to me. Somewhere in between is what I’m looking for. Maybe I will try blending this with another brand.

For those looking for something that tastes like coffee this is NOT it. It tastes like hot chocolate with cinnamon which I find delicious, especially with some cream added.The health benefits are better than coffee so I decided to replace my morning cup with this for the last two days. It did NOT give me the energy I usually get from coffee so Iâm going back to coffee in the morning. I will have this later in the morning, afternoon or after dinner when I would usually want a coffee. Itâs a treat for me but not a coffee replacement in the morning when I need more of an energy boost.
