Product Description

DON PABLO BRAZIL CERRADO
Semi-washed beans produce a delicate sweetness, a well-rounded acidity and a smooth finish with low acidity.

2LB Don Pablo Brazil Cerrado – Whole Bean Coffee
Don Pablo Brazil Cerrado is a unique coffee that is processed using the semi-washed technique where the fruit of the coffee cherry is left on the bean during the drying process. This technique adds a delicate sweetness, heightened mouthfeel with a well-rounded acidity. This coffee has a medium body, low acidity and is very rich and robust.
The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the bean give this Medium-Dark coffee a touch of roastiness, while it still retains its natural flavor character, giving it a sweet, pleasant aftertaste.
100% Arabica Whole Bean Coffee, GMO free.

How to brew the perfect cup of coffee:
Traditional Drip Machine: Add one level to slightly rounded measuring tablespoon (10g) of finely ground coffee (fine granular sand, not yet a powder) to each six ounce cup of water (177 ml)
Hand Drip Method: Add 8-10 grams of medium-fine ground coffee per cup. Heat water to 190-195 degrees, (88-90.5 c) pre-soak grounds, slowly add water in a clockwise motion. Adjust to taste.
French Press: Add 1-2 measuring tablespoons (10-20g) of coarse ground coffee per cup (177ml) of water and adjust to taste. Never add boiling water.
Cold Brew: Steep equal amounts of coarse ground coffee and filtered water in a covered container for 12-24 hours, strain coffee out and use cheesecloth or a paper coffee filter to remove leftover grounds. Add water to taste.
What makes Cafe Don Pablo Specialty Coffees the Best?

Our Family Ties
We have relationships at the point of origin that give us a dedicated source of supply of the finest Arabica beans available. We grow, pick, and process our own coffee beans in Colombia and manage the production of over 1,000,000 coffee trees in South America through our Sharing Certified Program. We never blend our coffees with Robusta, past crop, or defective beans. We have an on staff Q Grader who ensures the quality of every bean we roast. Our roasting facility is Food Safety Certified, and Certified for Organic Production.

The Art of Roasting
We slow roast our special beans in small batches to ensure they reach optimum flavor. Our loyal customers wouldn’t have it any other way. We found people who really appreciate a great cup of rich, aromatic, coffee can taste the difference between our fresh, properly roasted beans, and others that are roasted by the metric tons. We roast in multiple small batch coffee roasters in a process that is half art and half science. We artisan roast by sight, smell, and sound to assure that the natural sugars in the bean are being caramelized just right!

Freshness is Everything!
Besides the finest quality Arabica beans and artisan roasting, another secret to great tasting coffee is freshness. The shorter the time from the roaster to your cup, the better the coffee tastes. We accomplish maximum freshness by roasting to order, instead of on a production schedule like our competitors. We roast to order in regional small batch roasting facilities in the U.S. You can smell the difference! Make your coffee as strong or as mild as you like by adjusting the ratio of coffee to water. Cafe Don Pablo coffees are always rich, smooth and delicious!

Great coffee
My whole family loves this coffee.
BobDRFL –
Great value, splendid taste. It’s become my wife’s coffee.
Medium strength, nice aroma. I prefer their darker roasts but this is really a great coffee and a decent value.

Delicious and No Heartburn
Don Pablo brags about his coffee being low acid, so I tried it a couple years ago. I have been buying it ever since. As much as I LOVE coffee, most coffee stirs up my GERD heartburn, so I must be careful what a drink. This brand is exactly as it says, low acid and I get zero heartburn. I have tried several of the “flavors” and all of them are so delicious (and I brew dark coffee) and no pain. Thank you, Don.

The Best!
This coffee, whole Bean Brazilian, hands down the best coffee Iâve ever tasted! Was right on the verge of giving up coffee because my stomach could no longer tolerate it. Itâs so smooth⦠velvety smooth with a very deep flavor. A true experienceâ¦MY POV. The ONLY down side is, I drink way to much coffee now!!!

Cost of this coffee has exceeded its value
Started buying this coffee back in Apr 2020. $15 per pound, now $25 per pound. Good coffee but not worth the current price point. This coffee is still a drip coffee maker and not a french press level of coffee. I have now switched to another brand that has a good coffee for my drip coffee maker.

Great tasting, low acidity.
I have been drinking this coffee for several months now and it’s great. This is my new favorite.
