Great Kettle!
I bought this about a year ago and it works great! I love the different recommended temperatures for a variety of beverages. I love that you can extend the heat as you set the temperature so that you don’t have to remember to extend after you have poured yourself your first mug. I highly recommend.

Very easy to operate, quality kettle, looks expensive.
Love my new kettle. I chose this model for it’s simple operations and it has a metal spout, unlike kettles with a glass spout which can break easily while washing. Brings the water to a boil then shuts off OR you can press the keep warm option. I will never use the complicated options on other more expensive electric kettles, so why pay for it. This kettle is perfect for my needs and less expensive than others.

Writing on buttons has disappeared in less than 30 days
The writing on the control buttons has disappeared in less than one month. Well, actually one button is still perfect – the minus button – because we never use that button. Iâve made myself a chart of the buttons (on paper) so I will be able to find approximately the right area to press. In pursuing how to see a warranty, I find that it is truly more trouble to even find the warranty than it is worth. Addendum, a week later: More importantly, the rubber ring in the removable top pops out when I take off the lid to clean the pot and it is almost impossible to reinsert so the lid can be put back. I will not buy this product again, and while it does not cost much, I would advise you to save your money and not buy this.

Love it, truthfully the packaging was very discouraging. The package was damaged and very dirty, but once I completely opened it and examined it, I found nothing wrong with it but needing a little cleaning. It is one of those little appliances that you never knew you needed. it works great, heats up quickly, and is easy to clean.

It was delivered October 7, 2024. It worked perfectly! By November 1, 2024, it stopped working. Not sure what happened. Maybe I used it too much??? I did not contact them about the issue.

Saved me a burnt mouth
I bought this kettle at the 25 dollar price point and I don’t regret it at all. I am a tea lover–not the tea leaf kind. I originally bought the original kettle, the Ovente Glass Electric Kettle, at around the 12 dollar price point and it was great until I accidentally broke it. I also constantly burnt my mouth with it.So having this one with a deliberate temperature control for my rather sensitive mouth has been a game changer for me. It functions just as well as the cheaper one, plus has some added features, which I strongly appreciate, like the keep warm feature, the steeper insert and overall tighter design. The water boils extremely fast, still, but these extra features let me enjoy tea at the temp I want to enjoy it without having to guess how much cold water to add to it. It was rather easy to figure out without reading the manual, so congrats to the industrial engineers, you did a great job on this one.
