So… If you want a decent Espresso maker and you are BRAVE enough and have the PATIENCE TO LEARN how to make your own at home, this machine is a good place to start. At the price of this “used” machine, we recommend it!HOWEVER….. it will probably be a roll of the dice as to the used condition you will receive. The other review for this “Reconditioned” machine was offputting, to say the least! THE ONE I received was absolutely PERFECT in condition, cleanliness, and functionality. It came with ALL of its parts in a brown box with all the packing. It looks as if whomever sent it back, TRIED to make espresso once along with TRYING to froth milk – failed at both, and sent it back. …..Learning curve, people!!We are very happy with this purchase and have been making DELICIOUS lattes from fresh beans ground perfectly! Yep!

Not refurbished at all, it was well used!
Came in plain box and even packed badly. Coffee grounds all over the place. It even had milk residue on the frother! There were scratches all over and we didn’t want to even plug it in. Asked for a refund.

Doesnât make espresso
This machine is cute and easy to used, but it doesnât make the espresso coffee. It makes it too light. It very cheap. It has a good price but I think itâs better to invest in a really good espresso coffee machine.

Beautiful machine, that doesnât do anything.
I bought this machine aware that the grinder can be finicky. I figured I am handy I donât mind getting my heads dirty ever now and then for a good deal. The grinder never worked one time, with many different attempts adjustments and after cleaning and deep cleaning the machine. The brewing side leaked really bad. About as much coffee ended up on the counter as in my glass. That being said the design team did a good job because this machine is pretty to look at and the milk frothier works decent. I am pretty sad about this experience. I really wanted this machine to work it looks good but unfortunately it doesnât. What a shame 🙁
