After 8 months
This is a quality product at an affordable price. We are very satisfied with the unit and in addition the seller was very fair with a needed adjustment. Not only were we satisfied but my wife ordered a second one for her decaf.After 8 months – One of the two machines continuously has a build up of ground, but not brewed, grounds in the service area and on the disposal tray. Probably two or three tablespoons every other time we empty the tray. Our other machine, we bought two, has a slight collection but no where near the first. I have been unable to get any contact with customer service. As another review noted, we have a problem with the add water light. We have to unplug and plug in again to make it go off. It still makes good coffee though.

Dead on arrival
Description says refurbished excellent condition. Unit came dead on arrival. I recommend whoever refurbishes these machines to check them for functionality before reselling them. Donât waste your time.

can’t clear functions
It works okay and makes good espresso. Some functions don’t clear (e.g. can’t get descale light to off). Other functions, I have to unplug and plug back in to get the light to go off and the machine to work. Steamer/frother is inconsistent.
