How is Clipper tea and coffee decaffeinated?
Our teas and coffees are organically decaffeinated using the CO2 and spring water method — with NO chemicals or additives. The process uses a minimal amount of energy, ensuring it’s great for you and the world.
How do I make the perfect brew?
Always use fresh water. For tea, boil the water, pour it over the tea bag while still boiling, and allow the tea to infuse for 2-5 minutes. For coffee, boil the water and leave to cool a minute before pouring over the coffee.
Can you explain the staining of my tea cup?
Staining of the cup is due to tannin. Although it’s a bit annoying having to give your mug an extra scrub, this compound helps give tea its slightly astringent flavor. To avoid getting your mug stained, use a teapot to prepare your brew!
Where does your tea come from?
To serve the best tea and a range of varieties, we source tea from all over the world, including well-known origins, such as China, India, Sri Lanka, and Kenya, as well as Brazil, Turkey, Vietnam and other countries.

Super Cute and Compact
I got two of these: one for my daughter in college and one for my husband. They both like tea and it’s a fun way to count down the days until Christmas! The packaging is very cute and clever. My daughter likes that it doesn’t take up too much space in her dorm room, and my husband loves the tea! I would definitely purchase again. Nice, affordable, cute, practical.

Not a great quality tea
We bought this tea set thinking it would be great. It has mostly ginger or lemon infusions with a few other flavors. When you steep the tea for the time the instruction say, it is still bitter. Sugar and/or milk did not help. We ended up dumping most of our cups of tea. With it being 24 days, the set only came with 12 flavors then started the flavors all over. We will buy a different brand next year.

Absolutely love Clipper advent calendars. Amazing teas, beautiful packaging and most importantly, a very fair price. Most other advent calendars charge you double or triple than what youâd pay for the same product otherwise, which I simply refuse to do.
