Mild and tasty
This is perfect coffee for someone with stomach problem and GERD. Tastes so good, but mild to your stomach. Can drink few cups a day without any stomach irritation. A little pricey.

For those with Gut Problems
IT TRULLY IS NON ACIDIC!!! I have MC (microscopic colitis-IBS-D) and everytime I’d have coffee even low acidic coffee I’d have the biggest cramps. Even just 2 shots. Guys..I have had 4 cups of this Joe in 2 days and NOT 1 CRAMP!!! I can finally enjoy coffee again. I hope this product never changes ð it tastes great btw

A smidge bitter, quite a lot of silt at bottom.
I like it reads no acid. I love the taste of coffee but my gut just couldnât handle it. This burns some but a lot less.

Awful Taste
To begin with the coffee beans have no smell, and after drinking it the taste leaves the worst bitterness in your mouth and has an awful flavor.. It tastes like coffee that has been brewed and sitting out for 2 days. A Big disappointment.

Wonderful Coffee!
Iâm a coffee enthusiast and love purchasing whole beans from different coffee haciendas and shops, grinding them fresh before brewing my morning expresso latte and seeing a nice âcremaâ, which signals am about to experience a great tasting coffee. Well, I recently began to experience GERD symptoms and despite learning that coffee is one of the items to remove from the diet, I was refusing to do so and experiencing the terrible acidic aftermath in my stomach until I found Tylerâs Coffee. I did not know what to expect or whether Iâd like the taste as I like certain beans in particular, yet this was a really nice surprise. Coffee tastes great and allows for a nice expresso that lacks nothing in comparison to regular coffee aside from skipping the negative effects from the acid and pain. Also loved that itâs organic which is a much healthier alternative.I highly recommend this option so you can heal while still enjoying your morning routine.

If you need no or low acid coffee, this is worth a try.
The fact that this coffee claims to be no acid is great. I can drink this in the evening without any issues. However, it is generally pretty weak in flavor, and it is very expensive. So, you need to use more coffee per brew in order to get better flavor, and you’ll pay almost twice a much as you do for other organic (and in some cases even low acid) coffees. Another issue that I’ve had with this coffee is that it is often out of stock. I have also used the Tyler’s coffee pods. They are the same: weaker in flavor, expensive, and difficult to obtain. But, if acid is a problem for you, probably worth a try.

Awesome overall
Great taste. Seems expensive at first blush for someone like me who is not a high-end coffee drinker with a super refined palate, but taking into account the extra processing required to produce a decaffinated + acid free coffee – it’s not really all that bad. Will add that it is easy to over-grind these beans yo the extent that the grounds will sort of ‘melt’ enough to more or less form a solid. As a result, the hot water about mid way through a perc cycle can have trouble getting through the coffee ‘mass’ formed and backup/overflow.

Acid Free, USDA Organic , Swiss Water Decaffeinated
IC/BPS sufferers, this is an honest review. Coffee is my favorite hot beverage and my favorite flavor in ice cream, milk shakes, desserts. So, having to give up coffee has been very difficult for me to do. I missed having a hot cup in the morning. I am grateful this product can allow me to enjoy coffee again, without it creating an IC flare up. Because this is the only Acid Free coffee on the market, it is going to be expensive. I am grateful this product is Acid Free, USDA Organic and uses the Swiss water method for decaffeination. If you are used to drinking a medium roast commercial blend of coffee such as Yuban, Dunkin Original , Dunkin 100% Colombian as I have been, Tyler’s decaf is more of a breakfast blend or light coffee; even when using 3 TBSP as directed. I have found that adding a pinch of cinnamon in my coffee mug prior to brewing, helps to enhance the flavor. Even though the flavor takes getting used too, I highly recommend Tyler’s decaf coffee for anyone suffering from IC/BPS to try.

Ok so all the reviews might be right -both the good and the bad, and here is why:The first bag that I ordered arrived and had almost no coffee smell. the beans were the colour of dry roasted peanuts -very light brown almost to a shade of tan. It took grinding them down to a fine espresso grind and using several scoops to get any coffee taste, which still had the benefit of no acid or caffeine, so from that perspective it was great. Not having any other option for completely acid free coffee, and since this is priced relatively cheaper than other specialty low-acid coffees, I decided to order another bag -and I am SO glad that I did.The second bad arrived and I could smell the coffee immediately upon opening the Amazon box despite the coffee bag itself being inside a clear plastic bag. I opened the foil pouch and the smell was just like opening any other bag of coffee. The beans were roasted to a much darker shade and looked identical to any other medium roast coffee beans I had seen before. Grinding them released more coffee smell in the air and my wife thought I had caved in and was preparing to brew a regular cup of Tim’s. Once brewed, the real test came in the taste -which was indistinguishable from any other regular coffee house style blend. If I were to taste this blind, I would have NEVER guessed I was drinking anything other than a normal, good tasting cup of coffee -much less one that was decaf and acid free.So there is the issue. WIll I keep getting a great bag of darker roasted beans, or a bag of light roasted cardboard? I totally believe the quality control is the reason behind everyone’s varied experience. For now though, this bag I am currenly using is absolutely fantastic. This bag is 5 stars, the first was three, so I will give them 4 overall.Update: switched to the ground version and must say the consistency is great and the quality is fantastic. Never going back to regular coffee again. Bump to 5 stars.

Love this coffee. It didn’t irritate my IC.I won’t order again though because it’s a little pricey for me. I’ve found a cheaper alternative.
