Very nice mug
Purchased as a school nurse appreciation gift. Very nice, high quality mug. Comes in a sturdy, colorfully decorated box. Dishwasher and microwave safe. There was a small dented defect, but it wasn’t too noticeable. I would normally return for a replacement, but could not because I would not have received it in time for when I needed to gift it.

I got this mug for a friend and filled it with candy as a birthday present. She loved it so much she was going to put it in a cabinet so she could admire it. ( I convinced her that she could admire it WHILE drinking from it.) It’s a very nice mug made with high-quality, dense ceramic that has a nice heft to it, not the cheap, airy feeling ceramic you find in some stores. It was polished beautifully and the other plus for me is the thin rim. I hate drinking out of a fat-rimmed mug. Ick. I want coffee in my mouth, not ceramic. This has a nice, elegant contour and it’s pretty. Keep in mind, though, that it is oversized. What fills a normal mug only fills this one halfway. For people who like big mugs of tea, hot chocolate, coffee, ice cream, or whatever tickles your fancy, this is a perfect size. For those who don’t, you might want to have more just so you could continue showing up the beautiful mug you received from someone who clearly thinks you’re awesome.

Mug is great – but it will not arrive as described ….
This item boasts that it comes in a beautiful gift box for easy gifting – but it does not! All items arrived wrapped in bubble wrap (I ordered 16). 2 were broken and had to be returned. I called about the gift box, they apologized and said to ship ALL mugs back and they would send another whole shipment in the boxes (as described). The next day I received a box of bubble wrapped mugs, again. The only difference was that about 10 of them were put in a small brown shipping box and 6 were placed in the open spaces of the large brown shipping box (1 more was broken and had to be returned). The mug is big, bright and very nice…..but if you’re looking for an easy “gifting” idea (like for large group), plan to buy your own box/wrapping items.
