Though our products are very colorful, we use in glaze(under glaze) decal/hand paint technique for our dinnerware so you will not come in contact with the colors. Please be reassured our glaze is definitely lead and cadmium free, and the pattern will not fade!

It’s a beautiful mug and I was really enjoying using it for my morning tea, but on Day 3 it cracked clear through and down the whole side when the boiling water was poured over the tea leaves. But the good news is that the merchant reads the reviews and saw my one-star review and offered me a full refund! I accepted the refund and ordered another Bico mug just like it but in a different pattern (red bird), because I love everything about it and want it to work out. So far, it has. Wonderful size, excellent diffuser, and beautiful to look at. I recommend it, and if there’s a problem just reach out and receive satisfaction.

Pretty and practical
I needed to replace a much-loved broken tea mug and bought this one. It arrived sooner than expected and is pretty and practical with it’s 12 oz capacity, strainer/infuser, and lid. Perfect for many different types of teas.

Nice looking cup perfect for my morning cup of gunpowder tea plenty of room for the tea to brew easy to remove the strainer with out burning my fingers as is the case with most of similar cups of this style. Would highly recommend and good value for money high quality cup, I will buy another soon.

I bought this for drinking my coffee on the balcony of our caravan, And to keep dust and small flying insects out. Our caravan is near a farm so at times we have a lot of harvest bugs. It’s a lovely mug and is nice to hold.And does the jobs.x
