Delicious
Bought on sale in grocery store after holidays, no longer available in stores so thankful I found on Amazon. May say holiday blend but if I can continue to purchase will order year round. Price on line is better than grocery store.

Dark roast w/ delicate tang, mild spice, develops w/ ore sips. Kinda reminds me of Pfeffernüsse
I love Peet’s coffee, have enjoyed everything I have tried. I was intrigued by this Holiday Blend and decided to splurge on it. I am partial to dark roasts, and this is described as a dark roast (yes and no). “Dark Roast. Candied peel, dark chocolate, Indonesian spice. A spirited winter blend – lush, spiced, and citrusy sweet – drawn from the best crops of spring, summer, and fall”. I say yes and no because at first I coulde pick up on some brightness which should never be in a dark roast. It is a tad tangy, BUT it breaths out dark roast and chocolate. So it is a matter of the flavor profile rather than the roast level. I can taste the dark roast. I assume the tang is the citrus peel, and any spice is subtle, yet develops with more sips. Something like a delicate cinnamon and ginger. It reminds me a little of Pfeffernüsse. It is nuanced, and does not have a strong kick of “holiday” flavor. But it is there if you have discerning taste buds. At the very least the packaging and cups look festive. I’d say there it has a stronger holiday vibe over starbucks.I like it, would consider it again. Not sure yet if it is 5 stars to me. I will update if I change my mind.

YUM!
Has a deeper flavor than regular Peetâs. Doesnât have icky Christmas spices in it just an earthier deep dark brew.
