Stella Blue Coffee is a premium blend of 100% Arabica, Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans that were hand selected by Barstool Big Cat for unrivaled taste. Stella Blue is named after Big Cat’s beloved dog Stella, who was rescued from a PAWS Chicago shelter. We believe in good coffee and pets deserving homes, which is why we pledge a portion of proceeds to help homeless pets in need. Good purpose, better coffee.
How did we get our start?
I’ve always loved coffee, but after becoming a father of three, coffee transitioned from a passion to a source of life for me. I wasn’t excited about the generic blends I’d been drinking; I was looking for something I loved to brew and consume every single day. Our Mission
Why Stella Blue? Well, my dog Stella means the world to me. I rescued her from a PAWS Chicago animal shelter, and she’s been with me through everything. Three kids. Chicago to New York and back to Chicago. Barstool‘s growth as a company. Stella is the reason we give a portion of proceeds from every Stella Blue Coffee sale to PAWS Chicago. I felt like this brand name would be the perfect way to make sure that she lives on forever.

Stella Blue Coffee is a premium blend of 100% Arabica, Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans that I hand-selected for unrivaled taste. Our beans are roasted to perfection, allowing every cup of Stella Blue Coffee to confidently stand on its own, just as coffee should. Amazing coffee
The Stella Blue Dark Roast is my favorite blend from Stella Blue (Iâve tried light and medium as well). It has such a strong coffee taste that I would put up against any other major coffee brand. You can taste the quality and I love that when you purchase it you are also supporting animals. This coffee brand needs to be taken seriously, itâs very good.
