Small and effective, but for cups, not pots
I really like this grinder. It is easy to charge and use. The adjustable ground size gets you just what you want. The one button start, begins the grinding and you can leave it until it finishes. This is a good thing because it does take a minute or so to grind a full load. A full load means as much as will fit in the grinder, or about enough for one cup of pour over coffee. If you are going to make a pot of coffee then you are going to take a few minutes to grind enough. It is small (slightly smaller than a soda, though it weighs a bit more) and comes with a pouch for carrying, so I guess that it is portable. I have never really thought of needing to take my coffee grinder with me, but if you need to… It is nifty, so maybe you want to take it with you to show off a little.

This grinder is fantastic. It’s small and portable, which is perfect for work and camping. I can easily grind my beans for different brewing methods. The all-metal construction feels high quality and it’s easy to use. The 48 grind settings are great for dialing in the perfect grind. The rechargeable battery lasts a decent amount of time. Cleaning is simple with the included brush.

Worked well for a few weeks then the locking mechanism on the lid broke and it freely spins. Can still be held to work but not super durable!

This is a very impressive, solid little piece of equipment worthy of the space it takes up to bring with you while travelingâ¦IF youâre a coffee snob or enthusiast. We grind our beans every morning with a burr grinder, for the freshest possible cup of coffee, so to be able to bring this with us while traveling is a treat.The burr grinder is consistent and stops automatically (big plus!) After a few attempts to learn how to use the dial (because the instructions are awful, which is shameful at this price-point) it finally gave us the perfect grind for a great cup of coffee. However, I can barely fit two scoops (2 heaping tbsps) into the bean hopper. As a result, even for a pour over I had to grind 3-4 batches. On one hand, itâs fine. On the otherâ¦it makes it less convenient and more finicky to use.Lastly, as I mentioned, itâs a solid piece with some weight to it. Seems to make it more durable and road-worthy. The walls of the grinder are thick, the threads on the grind cup are secure and they give you everything you need to clean it out after use.A little pricey for what it is, butâ¦burr grinders are expensive. And if you have to have one while you travel, this is a beautiful and effective one.

So nice. An extra nice gift that I wasn’t expecting. Fresh ground coffee is a treat, but switching from my hand grinder to this electric grinder is like going from a Model T to a Tesla! I love the choice of grinds and the difference they make in taste. Assuming the grinder will last a long time, it is definitely a coffee drinkers dream.

OMG! I am in love!
Wow! This STARESSO coffee grinder has 48 settings and I honestly didn’t know I needed that many….but I do! We like to make coffee in our regular coffee maker, but also enjoy pour over coffee, espressos, french press, etc. We had just a standard grinder and made do, but this changes our coffee game completely! Best part, I don’t have to plug it in. You just charge as needed and then can place anywhere. And I mean, anywhere. It’s compact enough to fit in any space and is perfect for traveling. I honestly love this thing!!
