What will we do If the customer receives damaged products?

This is a nice little set of espresso cups. I really like the base blue color and the brown/slate accents on the rims of the cups and saucers. The glaze is applied evenly and has minimal flaws or bubbles. The stippling/spatter effect is very nice as well – it looks interesting enough to catch your eye without being distracting. I wasn’t completely sure what to expect before opening these since the photos and description seem to lean heavily into “charming handmade-style imperfections” but these are all much closer to a regular cup and saucer than a Dali painting. I really appreciate that there is no obnoxious huge branding on these – there is a tasteful brand stamp on the bottoms of the saucers.In terms of volume, these easily fit a doppio or lungo with room to spare – maybe even the apocryphal “Triple Lindy”. They’re not cappuccino cups, but they are on the larger size for espresso cups – they’re somewhere in between my more standard 2-ish oz espresso cups and my Sweet Maria’s “Good For Espresso” 4 oz mini-mugs. This works well for me since I tend to prefer a longer pull or an Americano. I like espresso shots just fine, but I usually like to have a little more in my cup.These came well packaged, with no breakage. It’s not the most bomb-proof packaging I’ve ever seen, but it was notably well designed and is 100% cardboard.

4 espresso cups and dishes These are super nice and elegant, they sit firm on the dish without wiggles when walking from the kitchen to my perfect reading chair. Sturdy and even room for a cookie or half a dipping scone.Do they fit? Yes! Under my machine has room for a DUAL cup system, or single if wide enough. These fit under my machine PERFECTLY for splitting a dual shot into two separate cups, Plenty of room to add a splash or two of cream and some sugar if needed inside volume fits a bit, but for me it’s black and frothy and creama is nice and chocolatey and leaving room is best, make it however you like. They are dense and hold in the heat far away with the tall design, so when you sip it cools down as it goes up the sides so you can enjoy most right away, these are thicker and taller than other cups of this style and the quality for the price is there. They aren’t rounded at the midsection so that’s a score. The design is deep set with nice light brown ridges and galaxy peer inside look. The gloss is thick and I hand washed them before first use. All of them survived the travel process, no nicks or cracks. I really am glad to add them to my espresso addition for the perfect cup and look forward to pulling the perfect shot in these on a rainy day.Expensive in my opinion, but live a little treat yourself.
